Cancellation Policy: Booking can be cancelled 3 hours prior for all Airport Departure and Arrival reservations. We always request you to give 24 hours of notice. For cancellation policy for charter services, please call 925-227-1234. Should airport reservation is cancelled within 3 hours of the date and time of service the passenger or the billing contact will forfeit the full amount of contract or transfer. |

No Show Policy: No-Show will be charged at our full standard prices for the services arranged and/or requested. |

Payment Policy: All payments are due at the time of service. Payment can be made in cash, credit card or by a pre-approved private check. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. In addition, Corporate Accounts can be billed on a semi-monthly basis. Invoices are due upon receipt. |

Wait Time Policy: You will not be charged for the first 15 minutes at the Departure pick-up. After 15 minutes you will be charged at our half-hour rate as applicable. |
